The Win Stress Blessing Planner is designed to help you get on with journaling, to keep your mind moving and to have a place to collect your thoughts.

Inspired by Japanese "Techo" planners and writer Sahil Bloom's 1-1-1 journaling strategy, your Win Stress Blessing Planner is set up to help you keep track of your life, set goals and track progress all while reminding you to give it all to God in prayer.

Journaling and keeping a diary is a very powerful tool, but for many it's tough to start, let alone getting into the habit of regular journal keeping.

The uplifting messages and quotes found in this book along with the method outlined should be a simple framework to get your mind moving on what to journal for the day.

Win

Write a few points of victory for your day, what sort of things went right today? Big or small, each day always has something to celebrate.

Stress

What is the one thing occupying your mind the most? What are you afraid of? What makes you disappointed? - For many of us there are plenty of these each day. Write down the biggest thing causing you stress today.

Blessing

How has God continually been showing up in your life? What is one thing you can be thankful for? Sometimes it's something really simple, food on the table, good neighbors, or a loving spouse. No matter how small it seems. Write it in the box.

Bring all of these to God in prayer. 

By putting the negative aspects of our life around two positive things it really can help put life into perspective. Over time, keep track of your wins and blessings, and watch how God handles the stress!

2025 is the first year for the win stress blessing planner, I hope to continue to make it as the years go on, BUT I'd like it to be the best it can be! Let me know how I can improve the planner for next year!
